Order processing time is 1-3 business days, except for during peak or holiday seasons, like Christmas or new Collection releases, for example. During these ‘high demand’ timeframes, order processing times may be as much as 7 – 10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Any and all orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. LamonJai, LLC reserves the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the Customer. All cancelled orders will be subject to a non-refundable 10% restock fee.
Missing Packages/Damaged Items
LamonJai, LLC is not responsible for not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered but has not arrived to You. If you believe Your package is legitimately missing, please contact the Delivery Provider and give them your tracking information. When Your package arrives and the package has been damaged, please document this by taking a photo of the package AS IT ARRIVED to you and contact LamonJai, LLC as well as your Delivery Provider. However, if you open Your package, and at that time discover damage, please document this by taking a photo of the damaged item(s), inside the packaging if possible, and contact LamonJai, LLC.
Returns
Do to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.
Refunds
Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, ingredient, design, etc. If you find any of those reasons (of personal dislike) to be the case, please regift the item to Family Member or Friend. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. Our products are handmade, design will vary slightly and may not be exactly as indicated in the picture that represents it on The Site.
